Choosing the right potholders
How to choose the right potholders?
Potholders are essential for protecting your hands and optimizing your performance in crosstraining and gymnastics. But with so many models available, how do you choose the ones that suit you best? Here are our tips for finding the ideal pair to suit your needs and practice.
The type of coating
Powergrip :
- Rubber coating: durable and slip-resistant, it offers excellent grip and optimum resistance to wear and tear.
- Magnesia-free.
- Bar type: smooth bars.
- Level: Intermediate and above. What’s in it for you? You need to work on your grip before using a pair of potholders that offer extreme grip on the bar to avoid falls.
