At WODANDGO, we’ve always been keen to support athletes who share our values: determination, performance and self-improvement. But let’s be honest, we’re not just talking about sport and sweat (a lot of sweat), we’re talking about a community where everyone pulls together – and sometimes their abs. A real family, where authenticity, sincerity and mutual support are at the heart of everything. In short, if you’ve ever shared a piece of chalk, a pat on the back after a WOD (even if you were in agony) or a weightlifting bar, you know exactly what we’re talking about!
For the 2025 season, we are proud to present our team of athletes, as well as our ambassadors who carry our colors and values onto the competition field.
With an explosiveness worthy of fireworks and a mentality made of reinforced concrete, Jules Castor, aka LE “J”, doesn’t do things by halves. He trains hard, and it shows: on the floor, he’s a force to be reckoned with. His goal this year? To dominate the toughest WODs and show that he’s in it for the long haul.

They wear our colors with pride, and that’s priceless, just like our passionate members, who share our vision and represent our spirit at every training session with WODANDGO equipment(potholders, belt, knee pads and skipping rope) and accessories.
We share the trials and tribulations, the victories, the aches and pains and the good times. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just the podiums that count, it’s all those moments of sharing that make us stronger together.
