WODANDGO is first and foremost a story of passion.
Founded by Marc Tarrius, an ardent cross-training enthusiast, our mission is clear: to offer quality, durable, and high-performance cross-training accessories to support athletes of all levels in their training.
The WODANDGO story begins in 2018, when Marc walked through the doors of Crossfit Hostilius, Guillaume Magnouat's box. At the time, an executive in a large company, he discovered in this somewhat "garage gym" a close-knit community, built on self-improvement, mutual aid, and kindness. Far from mirrors and appearances, he immediately felt at home.
At the beginning of 2021, driven by lockdowns and a strong desire for a career change, Marc launched WODANDGO, a French brand of cross-training accessories, starting with gymnastics grips. His goal? To create a brand close to its customers, which supports individual progress and embodies the values of effort and passion.
The website was launched, the first advertisements were run, but a face, a strong image was needed to build trust in the brand's first gymnastics grip: the Carbongrip.
It was only natural that Guillaume Magnouat became, in 2021, WODANDGO's first ambassador. A project born in his box, carried by an emblematic French Xfit athlete. Owner, passionate, competitor: Guillaume perfectly embodies the spirit of WODANDGO, and becomes the standard-bearer for our products, highlighting their effectiveness in the field.
In 2022, the brand expanded its range with new grips such as the Kevlar and Blackgrip. It also developed products dedicated to weightlifting (knee sleeves, weightlifting belts, wrist wraps) as well as a selection of "cardio" accessories like jump ropes. That same year, WODANDGO attended competitions to introduce its products and meet the community. Marc and Guillaume met athletes, owners, and enthusiasts. From these exchanges, a new idea emerged: to create a site dedicated to box owners who wish to resell the brand's products to their members. A significant step to support growth.
In 2023, Marie Magnouat joined the team to strengthen customer relations. A dedicated and rigorous Xfit practitioner, she embodies WODANDGO's values and ensures impeccable service quality. Her arrival came at the perfect time with the success of one of our flagship products: the Powergrip, a revolutionary grip that marked a turning point in the brand's history.
